Executive Chef Anthony Vagnini is a passionate creative culinary professional, from Vermont and the New York Capital Region and Southern Adirondacks. He worked in high volume kitchens and managed large and small teams at steakhouses and fine dining establishments in busy city locations and vacation destinations. Anthony previously held positions as Executive Chef, sous chef, and chef de cuisine, grill, saute and sauce specialist. He enjoys leading kitchen staff, hiring, and training team members, sourcing fresh and local ingredients, creating specials, and high value menus. As a true foodie, Anthony enjoys all cuisine including American favorites, regional flavors and Mediterranean/European specialties and he enjoys preparing classics with new twists.
